Sponsorship Reservation Form
for 2008 Program

We invite you to be our partner in one of the most exciting and well-received executive education programs at UC Davis. The Graduate School of Management and the Department of Viticulture and Enology have teamed up for the past five years to present the Wine Executive Program to industry managers.

This intensive professional development program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of winemaking and business management skills – both necessary to be profitable in this challenging industry.

The Wine Executive Program covers topics such as: marketing; accounting and financial management; wine production variables; and the latest in grape and vineyard research (see detailed 2008 curriculum).

The course is tailored for middle- and senior-level managers from wineries, vineyards, industry suppliers, distributors, financial institutions, service providers and other organizations associated with the wine industry.

We invite you to be a sponsor of this successful program at one of four levels:

Gold Medal Sponsor: $12,000

•  Two complimentary registrations for the full, four-day program
(corporate staff or guest) - a $9,600 value.
•  Company name and logo featured on all remaining marketing and
promotional pieces , program Web site, trade  magazine ads
   and program materials.
•  Exclusivity: We will accept only one Gold sponsor from each of the
    following categories
  – wineries, vineyards, suppliers, distributors,
accounting firms, law firms, financial institutions, media, cooperages,
   marketing, and e-commerce companies.

Silver Medal Sponsor:  $6,000

•  One complimentary registration for the full, four-day program
(corporate staff or guest) - a $4,800 value.
•  Company name and logo featured in all remaining marketing and
   program materials.
•  Public recognition at conference.

Dinner Sponsor: $3,500

•  Public acknowledgement at dinner.
•  Prominent recognition on menu and tables.

The program begins with a kick-off dinner. Participants stay at the new Embassy Suites Hotel Sacramento-Riverfront Promenade and sessions are held across the street at the Graduate School of Management’s teaching facility at One Capitol Mall near Old Sacramento. Lunches and dinners are hosted at nearby upscale restaurants in downtown Sacramento.

The attendee registration fee includes all course materials, education fees, meal and accommodations. Classes will be presented by renowned UC Davis faculty from the Graduate School of Management and the Department of Viticulture and Enology as well as expert guest lecturers.

This is an exclusive opportunity to support management education for the wine industry and affiliated businesses and to take advantage of the high-level visibility that a sponsorship offers.

The UC Davis Graduate School of Management and the Department of Viticulture and Enology are committed to the continued success of this educational endeavor and invite you to be a partner in providing a first-class program for managers in the industry.

Sincerely yours,
